Passport Picture Mosaic

I set a goal for myself to read 52 books in 2007.  I completed my goal by reading two fairly short books over the last couple of days but feel very proud of my accomplishment.  For 2008, I hope to match the goal but I am going to try to add a little more non-fiction into the mix.  I am trying to read at least one book about each U.S. President, not necessarily all this year, some may be harder to read about than others..   I also think that this will be a good year to read more with a political slant to help me make a good decision in the 2008 Presidential Election.

I made this mosaic of my photo using the book covers from all of the books I read in 2007.  Cool, huh?  It is a free software called AndreaMosaic.

New Years 004

Emily and I had lunch at Sara’s Table a.k.a. The Chester Creek Cafe a.k.a. Taran’s Market on New Year’s Eve.  I love the atmosphere and the food at this place..  organic, tasty, and entertaining.  And please note the energy saving light bulb in that lamp!!
