Last night I attended Kai’s Student Recital at Beaner’s in West Duluth.  There were performances of six students of Guitar & Bass Instruction by Barry Schwartz.  Kai played The Wind Cries Mary by Jimi Hendrix and did an awesome job.  This is a very poor video made up of 4 mini clips recorded on my phone of all things!  My camera chose this hour to be moody and go on the fritz.  So, blame the photographer for the quality, Kai was a superstar last night!!!!

Who didn't have a Robert Wood picture in their living room in the 1970s?  This picture hung on our living room wall forever.. I don't know what ever happened to it.  Last night I went to Thai Krathong to celebrate the success of Kai Goellner's electric guitar recital with Emily and Kai's friends and family and discovered Robert Wood hanging in the Women's Room!
